INSTALL THE CODEC!
This codec is brand new.
go to start > control panel > add remove programs > select all XviD stuff you see and remove them
THEN install XviD-1.0-Final.exe (included in this zip)
for most people, the codec wont work unless you UNINSTALL your old XviD then install clean, so do it!
